Experimenting with Illustrator

6/28/20

Staying at home has given me, like most of you, a little more time on my hands. I’m filling that time with learning Adobe Illustrator; through challenges and occasionally doing a few classes in a  Udemy house I purchased a while back. Somehow, the challenges are more exciting than lessons. Most of the challenges have a theme, and I get to see the gee whiz stuff, while the lessons go step by step. Yes, I know that it’s probably better to learn that way, but so far, I haven’t found any real world uses from the class. I’m sure that will get better as I go farther.

I think the cover design for this challenge’s Behance project counts, for me, as gee whiz. I love the layers, textures and dimensionality of this technique.
